Clarovigeo is a merging of different threads in my life and was pushed forward by the coronavirus pandemic. Like many of you, I found myself juggling the demands of family and work, not to mention self, in a way more intense than I could have previously imagined. My husband and I were suddenly educating a 5-year-old at home, while trying to manage a 2-year-old, and work our more-than-full-time job responsibilities. We would fall into bed exhausted each night, and I would think that there WERE good things that had happened that day, but I just could not recall any of them because each day was an extreme multi-tasking blur.
I also could not get ideas out of my mind from my previous research into the interconnected nature of human space mission success resulting from many contributing factors spanning astronaut health, daily activities, and the surrounding environment. If mission success is a key metric for space programs, what sort of personal metrics could I use to promote my own life success? But not success in the common use of the word. I wanted to focus on my precious moments of joy, peace, calm, awareness, love, and connectedness that all gave me intense gratitude. I wanted to find an easier way to acknowledge and capture them for self-reflection and to find the interconnections with my health, activities and environment. I wanted to see patterns and then identify changes that might help me have those joyful moments even more often. I wanted this for my family, as well.
Maybe your story is similar to mine, or maybe it comes from an experience of isolation, fear, or the seeming inability to cleanse the negative thoughts bombarding you throughout the day. And instead you want to hold on to your experiences of joy and hope, to strengthen belief in the world’s goodness, and to feed the core of your deeper self with those moments of truth.
To make a long story about significant life changes shorter, I began dedicating time and resources to develop Clarovigeo. I am thrilled you are here, and truly hope Clarovigeo can help you acknowledge and create more of your own Joy Moments.
